Ok – so you have got to be kidding me!!!

Chief justice Hon. Belvin Perry for the Casey Anthony murder trial, slated for 2011 ruled that the defense will be allowed to perform test on two DNA samples that were located on a laundry bag and shorts, from  the remains that were recovered. The tests are to be performed at a lab located in Pa.

Lead defense attorney Jose Baez, claims that the labs are not certified by the American Society of Crime Lab Directors. I will get to my point here!!!

The cost to the tax payers!!!! $2084.00……

The judge stated that and I quote, “The fee is not an exorbitant amount of money”

( no because you are not paying for it)

Anthony has been declared indigent for costs.

Re: the above, SHE is declared indigent for the cost!!!!!! And now we, the tax payers, the PEOPLE that work for a living, those fortunate enough to have a job in today’s economy are now stuck paying her bills yet again.

  1. From December 2009 to March 2010 the number of gross job gains from opening and expanding private sector establishments decreased to 6.1 million. Over this period, gross job losses from closing and contracting private sector establishments fell to a series-low of 6.4 million.

      2. The nation’s poverty rate jumped to 14.3% in 2009, its highest level since 1994, and the 43.6 million Americans in need is the highest number in 51 years of record-keeping.

That $2084 dollars may not go a long way, BUT, I am sure that, that money could be used for a more worthy cause, like food for soup kitchens etc. not for a sociopathic murderer.

CASEY get a F$#%-ing jail job in jail at least to offset the cost.

Casey is scheduled to be tried for Caylee’s death in May 2011

Florida news outlet  WESH spoke with Neal Haskell, a forensic entomologist, who will testify for the prosecution in the Casey Anthony case.

Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony in the summer of 2008.

Reporter Bob Kealing spoke to Haskell who said coffin flies were feeding on decomposition in the trunk of Casey’s car, where Haskell determined the odor of death was present.

The expert noted that the foul smell is unmistakable and estimated Caylee’s body was dumped in the wooded area near the Anthony family home in late June to early July, 2008, prior to Casey’s arrest. Haskell’s hypothesis could be the undoing of the defense theory that Caylee was dumped in the area — by someone other than Casey — in October after Casey was behind bars.

Haskell told Kealing, “We have a whole array of insects that come in at different times of that decompositional progression… Insects don’t lie.”

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) — The Volusia County Sheriffs Office is investigating the discovery of human remains found in a wooded area of Deltona late Thursday morning.

Investigators say two teenagers stumbled across the remains in some woods east of Alex Lane and they appear to be that of an adult.

A skull and other bones have been collected and deputies are searching the area for other bones clothing and personal items that might provide clues to the identity of the victim and the cause of death.

The Volusia County Medical Examiners Office will be examining the remains as part of the investigation.

Cindy Anthony can’t stand to hear that Caylee is dead and, when she saw it online, she tracked down the author and threatened her. The victim remembered every word.

“If I only had the time to meet you face to face, I would definitely kick your ass,” the woman said Cindy told her.The threatening phone call was so disturbing that the victim filed a complaint with deputies. But when Eyewitness News confronted Cindy on Wednesday about her behavior, she denied everything.

Sunny Welker operates the website Justice For Caylee out of her home. She launched the website to provide a place for people to talk about the case as well as gather information.

“I’m here for the child, not here for anyone else. I’m here to make sure she is brought home,” Welker told Eyewitness News on Wednesday. But then last week, she received a startling phone call. Welker claims Cindy Anthony called her on the phone and started to threaten her because of the website.”She told me she was very upset and I was impeding the investigation looking for an alive Caylee. My website was getting in the way of that,” Welker said. “If I only had the time to meet you face to face, I would definitely kick your ass.”Welker filed a complaint with the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Eyewitness News talked to Cindy Anthony and she said she never threatened Welker. Anthony said she didn’t appreciate Welker making money off of Caylee and was going to have the website shut down. She believes Welker was collecting money on her website selling bumper stickers.”I explained we were not selling anything on the website. It’s there for information and to discuss the case and if they want to help and volunteer there is a link for EquuSearch,” Welker said. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office took the complaint for informational purposes. No crime has been committed.
