Does the Nation Feel Sorry for George Anthony?

George Anthony spoke exclusively with News 13 on Thursday, pertaining to the family efforts to locate Caylee, their 3 year old granddaughter. The Anthony’s have hired a private investigator who will be examining several of the Caylee sightings in many sections of the country including Puerto Rico. George has personally been to some of the locations already, but has not mentioned which ones.

What come across as peculiar; is the Anthony family has been under a microscope over the last four months. They have been under surveillance, photographed, videotaped and investigated. I would presume that if George Anthony or in fact any of his family members made a move ANYWHERE, it would be front page news. So it makes me question if in fact he went at all. His personal investigative excursions surely would have been Front Page News!!!

Anthony said his family has been cleared by a judge to access all 5,000 tips recorded by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office tip line. They are deeply disturbed by the fact they discontinued the tip line in mid-august. .

“We’ve been getting info out about Puerto Rico, because we believe that’s where she is, but the info I’ve gotten over the last three months is that my granddaughter has been to nine different locations,” Anthony said

Anthony is also working on finding a new location for the Kid Finder’s Network command center. Unfortunately complaints by protesters forced the billboard off of four separate locations. George also went on to say that he cries each and every day and also admitted that a few weeks ago; he was going to take his own life. He admits that he is alive now because of Caylee, his granddaughter. He made a open statement saying that if anyone could help him find a new location, perhaps a short term lease, to let him know.

George Anthony made the certainly headlines more so when he testified at his own daughters grand jury hearing – now everyone I am sure around the country is now showing some compassion as well as empathy, at least to George- I question if this was a careful and deliberate move by their attorneys – to have the whole nation back on their side in a more positive way.

Todd Black and Palmetto Bug Punch????????????

Todd Black issues yet another statement today and says that the media has been drinking to much “Palmetto Bug Punch.”

Around 1pm this afternoon Todd Black (the guy that spilled the beans this week, you know the one where he said Caylee was dead!) issued a statement about the CNN news Interview today.

There was a faxed press release at 115pm Media Press Core Fax

The release states CNN released a “complete fraud and stooped to the lowest low, shamefully toying with the life of Casey Anthony, who sits falsely accused of murder…”

This is the second time that Black has addressed this subject heres the statement that he made again “This is a very serious case involving not just the loss of the life of this little girl, but the loss of whatever is going to happen with Casey Anthony.”

Mike Brooks, CNN’s law-enforcement analyst, made a comment about Anthony’s mother, Cindy Anthony, drinking the “Casey Kool-Aid.”

And CNN maintains the interview was shortened for Wednesday’s broadcast but that Black’s quote aired as he said it.

Today’s press release states Black “has never said that Caylee Anthony is deceased, and those who were professional enough to obtain the October 14th interview, in its entirety, reported fairly and truthfully. The rest of the media must have been drinking too much Palmetto Bug Punch.”

Casey Anthony’s court dates are finally set

By Law Casey Anthony is required to be arraigned with twenty one days of her arrest; she will then enter her plea, and has a right to a trial if in fact she pleads not guilty.

She will save the state a lot of money if she pleads GUILTY and they (The state of Florida) will be responsible for her upkeep for the rest of her life.l

On or about, April 16, 2009: a trial is expected within 185 days of Anthony’s arrest, unless she revokes her right to a speedy trial. If she does that, there is no time limit on when the case will be taken to trial.

October 28, 2008 she is expected to be arraigned on first degree murder

This arraignment will take place at 8:45 am before the Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland.

November 5, 2008: A pretrial hearing for the child neglect and check fraud charges also before Judge Strickland.

Investigators think dress could be Caylee’s

Investigators are testing an reviewing the new evidence that was found this week allegedly belonging Caylee Anthony  her Minnie Mouse Dress.
Texas EquuSearch founder; Tim Miller reported that a size six dress was discovered on Sunday in a wooded area near some bushes, at OIA Airport.

“There have been several articles of clothing found during the search effort. Many of them were sent off to a lab for analysis, and this one was sent off, also,” Miller said.

The search team has been focusing on the area near OIA since cell phone records from Casey Anthony, showed pings from that location.

The search will resume in a few weeks.

Now this is a big confusion for me – I heard last night that they will not be resuming any searches – because the Anthony family is not cooperating???

Who’s Paying for the Casey Anthony Defense Team??

I am so very inquisitive about the Casey Anthony case and I have posed some very interesting questions. I would like to have my readers input, and would be fascinated  to obtain additional  opinions of my questions.

So who is paying for the Casey Anthony’s defense team ?

Where is the money coming from?

Are the parents paying? They have their own attorney fees to pay for.

Did they put a second mortgage on their house?

Casey will in all probability have to obtain a court appointed attorney to represent her because she doesn’t have the capital.

It seems that they would be in enormous debt; which includes but not limited to; defense’s forensic testing, the appointment of  Dr Lawrence Kobilinsky the famed and high profile forensic scientist at John Jay College. I am wondering how he is being paid, he must charge serious coin to secure him as an expert/professional witness.

What is Cindy and George Anthony’s employment status; are they able to work what with all the appearances, be it media or court and the law enforcement activities/ meetings they have to attend.

I have heard somewhere and I do not know how much truth is in this , that they are possibly paying for this with either a book or movie deal – this rumor can not be substantiated. However, my thoughts are that this would come to fruition only if Casey would be found “not guilty”; because (and correct me if I am wrong) isn’t it illegal to make profit over a crime?

Are the funds that were donated to the “Casey Anthony Defense Fund” being utilized in any other way, except to help find Caylee?

My other question is could or would Baez and his team accept money for a tell-all interview or book deal in lieu of payment for Casey’s defense. Or could they be hopeful of possibly receiving a book or movie deal in the future, when the trial is over.

What of the enigmatic public relations and marketing firm; the firm that put up the quarter million dollars for Casey second bail. Are they the individuals that will be paying for the Defense Team et al – and they would obtain the rights for book or movie deal?

Richard Grund, “He thinks it’s an Accident!!”

Richard Grund, the father of Jesse Grund, appeared on the Nancy Grace show yesterday evening.  Jesse Grund if you remember was engaged to Casey Anhony,  he was also told (by Casey) that he was Caylee’s biological father. This turned out to be false.

He had much to say in regards to the indictment of Casey Anthony. We watched all the evidence, he said. As long as she (Casey) never said where her daughter is and/or who has her, we knew that this was the only direction that it would have to take. We are not happy, or celebrating as some may think, he went on to say.

Richard Grund had previously stated that he believes that this happened as a result of an accident, and stands firm on his statement. “I do not at any time she (Casey Anthony) would deliberately harm her daughter, I have not backed off that statement”
“When Caylee went missing I have done nothing but talked to Leonard and to anybody I can to try and find her, I have neglected my own life”. in doing so.

My question is this, how can this be an accident? IT’S NOT especially since traces of chloroform were found

The question about the chloroform is still raised. How and why would there be chloroform in the trunk of the car???? How did it get there? This is not something that you can go to a drugstore and order it from the pharmacy!!

During the computer forensic investigation, Casey’s PC showed that she conducted searches for chloroform. I am not sure what search engine she used, not that that would matter. But the issue is, that you can mail order or get chloroform over the Internet supposedly.  All you need is a credit card. THAT’S IT!! This should be ILLEGAL!!

Grund went on to say; that he believes that Casey was working on a way to get away from her mother, Cindy, “she (Casey) had an exit strategy and something went wrong.” “I think Casey was going to find a way to get away from her mother and it might have included faking a kidnapping.

Casey  continual displays pattern of lying – even if she does tell the truth someday will we believe her- It is my best “guesstimation” that she wont be taking that stand in her defense – how could she? Who’ll believe her- putting her hand on a bible and taking the oath isn’t going to make a damn bit of difference – she’s not credible and she’s a sociopath. Sociopaths lack a conscious and emotion

So who is this guy Jose Baez – I remember when I first started this blog a little over two weeks ago, I made the statement that he just basically came out of the wood work, that was my opinion.

He walks the walks, but does he talk the talk? And I wonder whether he is a first-class as he claims to be.  I do know that the man is partial to the “high profile” cases. IE: the Casey Anthony Case.

Baez’ work history is vague, only three cases were found and they of course were high profile:

• Baez represented Nilton Diaz who was arrested in the death of a famous boxer’s granddaughter, who eventually was found guilty of murder.

• Baez represented Mayor George Gant in a trial that took place in 2007.Gant, a doctor, was forced to resign because two of his patients accused him of sexually violated them during a GYN exam. Unfortunately for the prosecution, their main witness refused to testify and the perverted doc was cleared of all charges.

• In 2006 Baez represented Elvira Garcia who was accused of kidnapping her roommate’s six week old daughter. accused of kidnapping her room mates 6 week old daughter. The charges however were dropped because it was more of a domestic dispute rather than a kidnap.

So from the information that I have pulled together, Mr. Baez really doesn’t have much of a curriculum vitae, in my opinion.

Its All About the Science!!!

The judge ordered that they will go forward with the forensic testing. Science will tell us if she (Caylee) is alive or dead, this is a case about pure science. The air samples collected from the Casey Anthony car are going to be key for the prosecution. In regard to the chloroform, Casey has done searches online with word chloroform, which can be from what I heard be purchased on the internet. That’s just crazy!! and it shouldnt be permitted at all!!

Sadly Equusearch, pulls out of Orlando, because of the lack of cooperation from the Anthony family. Police are just following up on tips that they receive daily about Caylee and they are not doing an active search.

There is still quite a lot of discussion surrounding the slip up by the spokesperson for the Jose Baez defense team that was made during an interview with Eyewitness News on Wednesday.

Now is the time for complete and absolute silence on BOTH sides. The attorneys need to “button up their collective lips” there is a question as to whether this slip may come into evidence, but it may not.

Jose Baez eventually may have to come off the case because of his lack of experience. In the state of Florida, it is the law that you are required to have at least five years of trial experience, to try a capital case. Baez has only tried approximately three high profile cases. There is a law; and for good reason we are talking about someone’s life, even though it is Casey Anthony – she deserves a fair trial, in my opinion.

There has still been no official file made for a change of venue.

The Defense team states that there is an attorney that will be brought in but he wants to remain “a secret” at this point, maybe because of potential threats, who knows. ( that’s my two cents) Its unusual that a lawyer does not want his name disclosed especially in this very high profile case.

Casey remains in protective custody tonight and has not had any family visits – the only visit was from her attorney José Baez.
