Where is the beautiful three year old Caylee Anthony??
This was the opening statement on “The Nancy Grace Show” tonight.Yesterday Casey Anthony entered the courtroom in what appeared to be a “paralegal” style outfit complete with glasses, not the ones she stole and was indicted. She apparently is getting a makeover; in preparation for her trial.
Casey Anthony faced a judge this morning and in a little under 90 seconds, she was read the charges by the judge. It was basically cut and dry. Casey did not make any plea and immediately went back to her cell.
Her jail cell is an 8×10 box with a plexi glass front, surrounded by 3 concrete walls. She is currently in protective custody; and remains in her cell 23 hours a day and only one hour of free time; where she can shower or go to the commissary.
Susan Moss; a child advocate in New York stated; Between hair and air (samples) this woman will get the chair!!!” and went on to say that the evidence in the trunk mainly the hair, shows “bands of decomposition, REAL evidence that there was a death in that car.
Jose Baez; her defense attorney failed to file a a motion for a speedy trial. Unfortunately this may give the state more time to search for more evidence. No one apparently has heard him “orally ” state that in court his morning. It was stated that Baez; is perhaps looking to make a deal; maybe that’s why he did not file a motion.
He is most likely waiting to see if this is going to be a death penalty case or not. Another question posed was “Is Baez capable of handling this case to begin with. The question is can Baez handle this case at all?? He may not be the right one for the job and not be qualified enough to try this case in the state of Florida because of the fact that he only has about three years of trial experience. In some jurisdictions, the court may not allow this; certain jurisdictions require the lawyer to have “quite a bit” of courtroom experience.One of the cases he did try IE: he defended a man that was eventually convicted and sent to jail.
In an interview today, George Anthony stated that he believes his granddaughter is still alive he goes on to say that he does not believe that his testimony affected the Grand Jury’s decision and that this was inevitable. George stated that “we are still receiving tips and following up on them;” George then said “They are being watched.”
The Anthony’s continue to get tips from outsiders; Cindy went on Univision Television to look for Caylee in Puerto Rico where she claims she got a tip of a Caylee sighting. Cindy said that she will investigate all of the Caylee tips!!
Cindy says “This girl ( Casey) loves her child and she knows that Caylee is alive and people will understand why her behavior is as such; when it goes to trial. “People have not heard the evidence that we have” and she insists that “she is alive somewhere there have been sightings in PR, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.”
The question now is:
Will Casey Anthony get the Death Penalty, Rifka on Nancy Grace stated that the likelihood is extremely high especially because of all the media attention.The people of the state of Florida are outraged by all of this, and the fact that she waited 31 days before reporting her daughter missing.
Jeff Hopkins was also interviewed on Nancy Grace in reference to “Zenaida Gonzalez”. Casey stated that a “Jeff Hopkins ” introduced Zenaida to Casey; and that he used her as a baby sitter. Jeff stated that he does not know a “Zenaida Gonzalez” and he has NO children.
When this all went down back in July when Cindy made that infamous 911 call, Lee Anthony called Jeff after the police arrived at the Anthony home. Jeff said that its another JEFF and not me. Police then went to his home to interview him.
Jeff Hopkins went on to say that he does know Casey, from elementary and grammar school and that he never worked with her at Universal Studios. “I spoke with Casey for the last time in July” he said. Hopkins is set to testify when the trial begins.
Leonard Padilla (the bounty hunter) – said that there is new “blockbuster evidence” about a plastic bag; CSI retrieved from the trunk of Casey’s car. The new evidence; is what appears to be body fluids on the outside the bag with pizza on the inside. Maggots were also found on the outside of this bag.
SHE IS GUILTY!!!!! SHE KNOWS WHERE THIS INNOCENT LITTLE GIRL IS AND SHE NEEDS TO TELL SOMEONE. She is not only a liar but a thief. she deserves to get more than what she is getting. she is not thinking about that little girl.
I dont think Cindy is in denial.I think she is convering for CASEY.I think LEE also knows much more then he has told.When he refused that lie detector test proved he was hiding something.This whole story from day one has been one of the worst I believe I have ever heard.CINDY has pointed the finger at everyone that has helped in every way possible to solve this case, and the one she should of been pointing it at was her DAUGHTER.DOESNT she see what what we all have seen and heard.LIE after LIE coming out of CASEYS mouth from the beginning.NO mother goes a month with out reporting her child missing as CASEY claimed, and no mother would of done the things CASEY has done during the 30 days this child was missing.SHE didnt show one sign of concern for her baby.I have seen her cry twice.The first time she got arrested and the second when she was arrested on Murder Charges.Both times was for herself,not Caylee.SHE knows well where Caylee is and she knows well what happened to her…CINDY would whether go on saying Caylee is alive then have to admit her horrible daughter harmed Caylee…I dont think Casey has ever been held accountable for anything she has ever done.I think this family shoved everything she ever did under the rug…When Cindy called 911,when she finally had enough, it was to late.To late for Caylee..SHE no longer wants anything to do with TIM and his search because she is afraid Caylee’s remains are going to be found.SHE knows TIM doesnt believe in his heart this child is alive any more then we all do.I believe she will be found and whats CINDY going to say then..SOME ONE ELSE DID IT.SHE blames the Media,the police department,disputed the FBI testings..CASEY is to blame the way every one is looking at her now.SHE proved nothing but being cold and unfeeling sence day one….There is truely something wrong with Casey and I dont think she is mentally insane either.I think she drugged this baby and she over dosed her.If it was truely and accident why would she not of called 911..Instead she stays away for 30 days,partying,shopping with stolen money,sleeping with her boy friend ,and not even for one minute mention this child was missing.A make believe Nanny,a make believe JOB.She lived under her parents roof,yet CINDY being demanding as she comes off to being, never once asked CASEY to meet this so call NANNY or asked for a phone number,and didnt even know Casey wasnt employed..AND Casey lived here with Caylee sence this child was born.SEEMS they were strangers in that home..From CASEYS behavior from the beginning of this story she derserves what she is getting from all of us.SHE is pure Evil.
I totally agree Nina she is guilty as hell!!If my child was missing – I would be beside myself – I def would not be updating my face book and have an add on cupid looking for a hookup
Lee is def the missing link in all of this – as far as a lie detector – they really are not reliable- but personally (Me) I wouldnt hesitate to take one if I had a little girl that was missing- esp if it meant that it would help finding her.
I believe as you do about Casey possibly drugging her daughter- she either did it deliberately – or I will even give her the benefit of the doubt that it was accident –
or maybe little Caylee got into Casey drug stash if she had drugs in the house.
Leornard Padillo made an interesting comment on Nancy Grace the other day- iy went something like this – not his exact words –he made reference to Casey ( after the child died) put Caylee in the pool in an attempt to make it look like a drowning and then put her in the trunk of her car- and then disposed of the body somewhere-
I dont know how he came to this conclusion-
but it peaked my interest when he made that statement on The Nancy Show
It so sad that the authorities spent all of this time trying to nail Casey – I hope that they spent as much time looked for little Caylee
I wouldn’t be surprised if Casey was sleeping with this lawyer Baez considering how she seems to use sex to get what she wants.
Her tears to me are only because her plan to live the party life and to get “the snot head” as she referred to poor Caylee out of her care-didn’t pan out.
I never thought of that Sally – you def have a point there thats for sure- and I wouldnt put it past her to do just that- where did this guy Baez come from anyway – he hardly has any trial experience whatsoever – just about 3 years total – and with not so great outcomes either
Casey party life is over !! she may now be the new “biotch” in jail – I hope she gets “Large Marge” as a celly
Another thing I was wondering the other day is when Mrs. Anthony was taking Casey home and they pulled under an overpass so Casey could switch cars, well seems like if they find out that she was trying to skip town that her Mom would have some charges to deal with too.
I don’t know if they talked to the person in the other car or what, but her switching cars was suspect to me.
It was to me as well – but I am hearing now that – they did that because they didnt want the paparazzi there when she turned herself in – the person driving the other vehicle the one that Casey went into was the bail bondsmen
