Casey Anthony will have another court hearing this week, after her attorney filed a handful of motions in her child neglect case.
Anthony’s 3-year-old daughter Caylee has been missing since the middle of June, and investigators believe she is dead. Last week for the first time they called Casey a suspect in the disappearance.
The new motions include:
- Motion to give Anthony’s legal team access to her car, which investigators say was infested with the smell of human decomposition. The car is in Sheriff’s Office custody.
- Motion to compel Department of Children and Family Records
- Demand for the names of anyone given a lie-detector test, and the results of the exams.
- Motion to compel records and information regarding investigations in relation to Zenaida Gonzalez, the babysitter Anthony told investigators she left Caylee with.
- Motion for allowing defendant to travel to places of interest
- Motion to compel flight manifest: this deals with an AirTran flight out of Orlando. A witness claims she saw Caylee boarding a flight to Atlanta on July 2nd.
- Motion to compel results of forensic testing
Demand for copies of anything taken from Anthony’s computer, cell phones, and digital cameras. Anthony will be in Orange County court on Friday morning at 10:30.
