Casey Anthony files slew of legal motions

Casey Anthony will have another court hearing this week, after her attorney filed a handful of motions in her child neglect case.

Anthony’s 3-year-old daughter Caylee has been missing since the middle of June, and investigators believe she is dead. Last week for the first time they called Casey a suspect in the disappearance.

The new motions include:

• Motion to give Anthony’s legal team access to her car, which investigators say was infested with the smell of human decomposition. The car is in Sheriff’s Office custody.
• Motion to compel Department of Children and Family Records
• Demand for the names of anyone given a lie-detector test, and the results of the exams.
• Motion to compel records and information regarding investigations in relation to Zenaida Gonzalez, the babysitter Anthony told investigators she left Caylee with.
• Motion for allowing defendant to travel to places of interest
• Motion to compel flight manifest: this deals with an AirTran flight out of Orlando. A witness claims she saw Caylee boarding a flight to Atlanta on July 2nd.
• Motion to compel results of forensic testing

Demand for copies of anything taken from Anthony’s computer, cell phones, and digital cameras.

Anthony will be in Orange County court on Friday morning at 10:30.

Is 1001 words worth more than a picture?

These photographs, posted online by Casey Anthony before her incarceration, may cripple any sympathy a jury may have shared with the 22 year old mother of missing 3 year old Caylee Marie Anthony.

The infamous “Casey Anthony Party Pictures,” (not shown) which depict Casey Anthony partying at Club Fusion, were reportedly taken on June 21, 2008.

George Anthony, the father of Casey Anthony, told Fox News “the photos of Casey shown partying were not taken during Caylee’s disappearance, but rather three years ago when Casey was actually pregnant.”

Ironically, Tony Lazzaro, Casey Anthony’s most recent boyfriend, can be seen in several of the photographs that have been shown on Fox News.

Lazzaro has only known Casey Anthony since the Spring of 2008.

Judge to Decide Whether Casey Anthony Can Help Search for Missing Daughter

In my opinion- Casey wants to be at the search because she wants make sure they go in the wrong direction..I dont think they should let her go!!

The woman who is a suspect in her toddler daughter’s disappearance wants permission to leave house arrest to help search for the little girl, Caylee Anthony.

The lawyer for Casey Anthony, 22, plans to ask a judge Friday that his client be allowed out of her parents’ Orlando house, where she is confined with an ankle monitor, saying she wants to help find the missing child, MyFOXOrlando.com reports.Caylee was last seen in mid-June, two months before her third birthday.

Attorney Jose Baez’s request comes along with seven other motions, including one asking for copies of forensic evidence from Casey Anthony’s computer, phone and digital cameras as well as a request to inspect, test and photograph evidence obtained through polygraph tests.
